This page contains various original graphic works by me, Griatch and is copyrighted by the same. Spreading and use without consent is not allowed.
I'm reachable via e-mail to the account 'griatch' on Google's mail service gmail. You can also reach me through my DeviantArt gallery.
This page is not intended as an up-to-date portfolio; instead it's an archive of most of of my computer-based art from year 2000 and onward. You need to look for the later posted artwork to get a feel for the type of art I currently do. Check out the Gallery archive.
I have also made available all the Art tutorials I have done. Many people seem to have found these useful over the years, so maybe you'll find something of interest if you are learning art or is just curious to see how an image comes to be.
Excerpt from Shrike (monologue):
"Breakfast in zero-G comes with its own rituals. When tired and hardly awake everyone does it their own way.
Some line up their foodstuffs in perfect rows, take them one by one so as to keep tabs of crumbs and avoid having to think too much.
Others keep it simple - stick to just one pack of coffee and go from there.
Yet others do it sequentially - they take one piece from the locker, eats it, stoves it away, goes for the next. Very neat and tidy.
... I tend to use the "random debris cloud" method myself ... And I always wear my old red bathrobe too. People sometimes tell me that a long, loose robe is probably the most impractical thing you can ever bring into space. Only thing more impractical is having long hair...
... Bah. People have no sense of style."
